Defined benefit pension schemes

The government is changing legislation in terms of access to schemes in ‘surplus’ to give funding to employers.  We have already made strong representation in terms of the rights of scheme members and trustees/directors and the undermining of governance of schemes.

The NPC is, along with others making a submission and we will post this when it is completed and sent off.
