‘Do Not Resuscitate’ letters
Further to National Pensioners’ Convention calling for an urgent inquiry after a new report revealed some care home staff were told to put blanket Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders on residents at the height of the pandemic. The NPC has written to Professor Alison Leary MBE, Dr. Crystal Oldman CBE & Rt. Hon. Matt Hancock
We would request that you ask your MP to raise the question of an urgent, robust inquiry into the imposition of DNR's without consultation.
