This important free event will make the case for bringing together Hospital Care, Primary Care, Community & Social Care as a unified service with a common budget in all localities with the service user at its heart.

Professor Singhal will introduce several speakers including
Ms. Jan Shortt, General Secretary of the National Pensioner’s Convention: She is campaigning for the National Care Service (NPC) following the launch of the NPC’s ground-breaking report, ‘Goodbye Cinderella: A New Settlement for Care Services”
Dr Arun Baksi, Former Emeritus Consultant Physician and Founder Director of ONOC will explain why it is right time for a fundamental change in how care services to be delivered and funded.
