Anglia Region continually campaigns on various issues such as universal pensioner benefits i.e. the state pension, freedom bus pass and the winter fuel allowance; the NHS, and the dignity and care of the elder person. This extends to an excess winter deaths photo shoot, letter writing campaigns to local MPs and newspapers about free tv licence and the monthly Old Grey Matter article in the East Anglian Daily Times.

Membership includes affiliated pensioners groups, local senior forums and union retired members groups along with numerous organisations or companies that are involved with the senior retired sector in some way.

Anglia has seen an increase in individual membership since its introduction in 2013. This allows NPC Anglia to interact with a wide range of stakeholders and retired sector members on a number of issues important to older people both nationally and regionally.
